High School Musical Halloween costume?

Since I'm a boy, I want to be Troy Bolton from High School Musical for Halloween. I called my local Party City store, but they don't have a Troy Bolton costume. They only have girls HSM costumes. Does anyone have any ideas on How I can make a Wildcats, East High, or Troy Bolton Hallowen costume? I do have a iron on transfer paper. Since they are High School students, I could wear a polo button shirt, but no one would recognize what I'm trying to be. please make it easy and not too expensive.
