High chairs? Booster seats?

hello! We have 10 of us, one is a toddler who will be 2 months shy of being 3.
He is "free" but- do i still reserve a seat dor him ie table of 9 plus a high chair? I am assuming that i still book a party of 10, right?

Also where/ how do we make a request for a booster seat?
 
Yes, you definitely count him on the reservations.

When you check in at the hostess station, they'll ask you how many kids/adults and if you need any high chairs or booster seats. Usually they will then be at your table when they seat you, although a few times we had to remind them when we got to the table and the high chair wasn't there.
 
Yes, you book for all ten. At check in you can ask for a high chair. It was rare that I found booster seats at Disney, but it's been a year or two since I would have used one.
