HIFS Shuttle Service?

Hi I have a friend who is considering staying at HIFS or staying at the Sheraton Vistana (on a time share promotion). It will be cheaper for their family of six to stay at the Sheraton but they are only there for four nights so I am trying to determine for them if it would be better for them to stay at HIFS since it is closer to the parks. Would anyone who has stayed at either of these places please let me know what the shuttle services are for these hotels. Of course they are being told that the shuttle service is good but could you tell me things like true wait times and where they drop off/pick up at the parks. Also anyone been to the "tour" of the Vistana? Thanks!

Also any other perks for the HIFS for this family with four kids under the age of ten? Free meals? Refridgerator? Pool quality?

Your friend would be better off with a rental car. All offsite shuttle services are scheduled (limited). Vistana charges $5/person/day for disney shuttles. Don't know if that can be negotiated or not.
