HIFS-Kids eat free question

I was wondering if there are any restrictions on the kids eat free lunch and dinner? Is it good at Club Car and the A&W and Pizza Hut? I thought I may have read a long time ago that you had to eat at certain times but can't remember exactly what it might have said about it.

The website just says kids eat free but does not list any limitations.

At the A&W and Pizza Hut, kids eat free before 5:00PM. Your child must be present with you when ordering. The Club Car is anytime time. We ate dinner one night and your child can eat off the buffet and you can order off the menu. I wanted grilled cheese for my DS, I ordered that and he ate from the buffet.
