My roommate, a teacher who is apparently getting a little giddy after a month of summer vacation, is really getting into the last week of our WDW countdown.
The other night, we stopped at the mall on our way to dinner, and I picked up the Hidden Mickey Guide. We spent some time at Red Lobster reading through it while waiting for a table.
Suddenly, hidden Mickeys have started to pop up around the house. He's nuts!
Yesterday, I took out my wallet to pay for lunch, and there were little dots from a hole punch in it. I couldn't figure out how they got there. They were also punched out of a blank address label, so they weren't just in my wallet, they were stuck in it. As I started to scrape them out, it occurred to me, "Oh, they're shaped like a Mickey." I must have left my wallet sitting out, and it was imagineered.
I went up to bed and turned on the light to read a book. I have a ceiling fan over my bed. The light fixture has a large, center light with four smaller lights around it. The bulbs had been removed from two of the sconces. You guessed it, another hidden Mickey.
This morning, there were coffee rings all over the kitchen counter when I came down. Want to guess what shape?
I wonder what I'll find tonight.
