Hidden Mickey Pins?

Hola people! I have bought these pins in the past from e-bay before and was wondering do people do quests or something in the park or do they buy them in the parks? How exactly does that all work? Thanks for all your guys help!

You trade for them from cast memebers. There isn't any quests for pins. You can also buy pins in the parks but they are not hidden mickey pins. Recently though you can buy mystery bags that have hidden mickey pins in them.
