Hidden Mickeys are generally where a pattern or design incorporates the shape of his head and you may not necessarily discern it at first glance. I personally wouldn't consider a giant black Mickey head obviously painted on a white background to be "hidden".

Agreed, many Mickeys that people think are hidden Mickeys are not.
