I've seen bald eagles up close before.
They are beautiful animals.

I've never seen one with eggs before

Its almost haunting when she looks into teh camera. Its like shes looking through you, almost.

It started chirping real loud a little while ago and Mabel heard it and just about attacked my laptop!! Then she just sat and watched it for the longest time...just tilting her head back and forth....it was cute!!

They only film in daylight hours too....I wish they would have had a night cam too....

My cat went nuts when he heard it. He was staring at the computer screen and approaching it very slowly. I'd love to know what he sees when he looks at the screen.

On one websight it says that it will be running 24x7 from now on but I don't know how you would see anything at night, anyway. Right now the screen is black but I think that it's still dark there. If I'm correct, it's only about 5:30 am and sunrise is at about 6:30.

Thank you, I was just coming on to ask if anyone could see her. I can hear her at times but it is all black. I think your corrections are right, we should have her back soon. This is addicting, I love it. I hope I am online when they hatch in a few weeks.

Be sure to check out the eagle cam right now! High winds and rain are making the tree actually move. The eagle is having a really bad hair day. Turn on your sound to hear the noise of the wind gusts!!

I'm so sorry you haven't been able to see it. I clicked on the link that I posted above and it worked for me. The square does come up black at first but wait a few minutes and the cam loads and starts playing. I wish you could see it - it is unbelievalble. Here is a link to the forums from that website. Lots of interesting things being discussed. Maybe there are more hints to get it to work if you are having trouble:
