Personally I think Slinky Dog Dash is the better of the two but you can actually ride Hiccups Wing Gliders.
Its next to impossible to ride Slinky Dog unless something has changed.

SDD at night is where it shines, only done wing Gliders during the day so can't compare yet. However I have more fun on wing Gliders, mostly due to the music. I was getting goosebumps throughout the ride

We love Slinky Dog but Hiccups Wing Gliders has the edge. We'll see how they waits compare in a few months. SD waits are stupid long and hot.
