Hibachi steakhouse type restaurant? Offsite cake bakery?

I am looking for a good hibachi style restaurant (a la Benihana's) to celebrate my daughter's 11th Birthday in November. We will be at Disney and Floridays Resort for 4 days, then moving onsite at Universal. We are driving so transportation isn't a problem.

Also, since we are offsite, does anyone have a sugestion for a baker where we can order a birthday cake (not Publix or grocery store please)? We would prefer delivered but I can go pick it up as well.

We always make a trip to Kobe Steakhouse. There are several locations in the Kissimmee area, but we prefer the one on 192 right by Arabian Nights.

As for cakes the Dessert Lady is highly recommended but it is a lot closer to Universal than WDW. If you call in they may deliver or you could pick up a cake during the day.
