The DIS does not use a verification of registration by email. You just need to log in with the username and password that you registered with. The only email you get is just a Welcome notice.

If you have not fully registered you can not post on any boards but this one, so make sure you have done the full Registration process. If you have forgotten your username and password you can just reregister.
