Hi! What was your wedding day timeline ?

Hi everyone!! I need help figuring out what times everything should be on the big day. I know I want the WP, ADH and a DP. So please share with me how your day when with the times, and if you had a DP did you have a break between the DP and the reception and how do you think that went?? would you have changed anything with the times??

Here is mine, hope it helps. Disney will give you a timeline in your BEO . Our wedding was at 2.30pm at the WP and reception in the Whitehall Room.

12.30pm - Limo picks groom up (We stayed about 30mins off property

1pm - Limo picks up bride/Grooms photo's at GF

1.30pm - Brides photo's at GF/Groom over to WP

2.10pm(ish) - Bride over to WP

2.30pm - Ceremony

3pm - Group Photo's

3.30pm - Pre-reception

4.40pm Dinner room opens

5pm - Dinner

6.30pm - Cake Cutting

6.30pm - Dancing, mingling etc

9pm - Desserts (we ate our desserts before the dp due to rain)

9.30pm - Sago cay Point for Wishes

10.30pm - Back to the Whitehall for more dancing

Midnight - End

8:30 am - Limo picks up bride at hotel, they do the switch and pick up Groom and take him to WP. Bride had as much time as we wanted to take photos. Never really worried about time

9:30 am bride taken to WP, had a few min to fresh in up but not a lot of time

!0:00 am Cerimony at WP

10:20- 11:00 am photos at WP with family and guest

11:00 am Guest and family taken to pre-recetion. Bride and Groom stayed at WP for photos. Had plenty of time.

12:00pm Bride and Groom announced
!2:-05 Scuba Mickey
12:25 first dance
12:30-1:00 lunch buffet. Had pleanty of time to eat and enjoy the food
1:00 father daughter/mother son dances and then just fun on the dance floor
2:00-2:30 Mickey and Minnie, danceing, cutting cake and photos
2:30 cake served and more dancing
4:00 pm and the lived happily ever after.
Guest were taken back to their hotels. Bride and Groom were taken to the Boardwalk Inn for more photos before photographer left

The day went quickly but I can't say we didn't have time for anything. Didn't feel rushed, just like with any good time, it goes to quickly.

Hi Janell, thanks for sharing. BTW, was Randy your photographer?? How are were taken to the Boardwalk Inn for more photos? I'm thinking about doing this for my upcoming wedding as well. I'm having my wedding at the GF (early ceremony and lunch) and I would like to take more photos afterwards at the Boardwalk (after the reception ends). I'd love to hear about your experience. Thanks!!
