Hi everyone! I'm new to this area, not new to the boards. But I've been trying to get motivated to lose weight and thought I'd look here.
My name is Tiffany. I'm 25. My story is: about 6 years ago, I lost around 65-70 pounds. I did this by cutting back on portions and walking a lot. Kept it off about 2/2.5 years and it slowly started creeping back on. I was able to keep losing some of the added weight back off for a while and then finally about a year ago, the rest of it came back on. I'd like to ultimately lose around 70-80 pounds all together. Just haven't been able to motivate myself to exercise at all.
I'm a big fan of the Walk Away the Pounds DVDs, so hopefully I can get back into those and watch the pounds start coming off.

If you are looking for motivation, you have come to the right place. WISH is a treasure trove of information, support and motivation!! Since you have been successful in the past with weight loss you have a knowledge of what you need to do to succeed. One thing I have learned over the past 4 years is that the older I get the harder I have to work to lose, what worked for me in the past doesn't necessarially work for me know. My suggestion to you would be to hang around the boards, gather helpful information from other WISHers and try to see what will work best for you.
