Hi,

I'm Charlotte, and we're off to DLP 4 weeks today (13th-16 March). I've been reading the boards for a while but decided to join today. I'm going with my DH and our 3 children aged 6, 3 & 2. We're staying in the Sequoia Lodge, we originally booked the Cheyenne but decided to upgrade last month when disney had the extra 15% off offer, we only had to pay £4 more!

My sister is also coming too with one of her friends. We're all really looking forward to it and can't wait, it's come round so quickly since we booked last July.

I'm sure I'll have loads of questions to ask over the coming weeks if you don't mind.

We leave the day before you arrive, which is a shame as we are trying to plan a meet up with other DISers while we are there!

I wish I'd noticed that 15% offer as I might have been tempted to upgrade myself at that price. Looks like we're stuck with the Cheyenne though

we are going 14th-19th march and staying at the cheyenne as its the only place that will fit us all in, but i may phone disney direct to see if they have a suite for an upgrade, have a nice trip, if you see us, and i can tell you can spot us a mile of as libby will be dressed as a princess, say hello, enjoy your trip.

I might see you there then! We did think about getting a suite but it's way to expensive for us, so we'll all be squeezed into a standard room. I hope we'll all fit in ok, but as we'll only be sleeping in there it should be ok.

Greetings from Alabama. We are so excited. My daughter and I have thrown together a trip to London/Paris for my oldest granddaughter's high school graduation. This is really, really big for us. I am not much of a poster but I know there is a wealth of knowledge to be tapped on the boards so I am taking the plunge. Based on the input from the "knowing" people on the boards I managed to find a used copy (2004) of the well famed "Simon" guide. Do you think this will be sufficient? Our little group is fairly WDW proficient. In fact we are skipping Mardi Gras this year and heading down even farther south to see the Mouse.

grannywishes, I think you will be fine with the 2004 edition. Although an updated version is coming out next month, I don't think the 2004 one is that out of date. We found it very useful for our two trips in 2005.
