I just wanted to introduce myself! This is a wonderful board, and one I just discovered after being on the DIS for the last couple of years. I started my new healthy eating plan this past Monday, and so far so good. I like to exercise, so that's no problem for me...my biggest problem is I like to eat too much food! Ugh! I would like to lose about 40 lbs, and want it to stay off forever this time. I am doing Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating Plan. Anyone heard of it? Basically, I am eat 1200 calories a day, and have all of my food prepared for me. It's all fresh, and it gets delivered to my door twice a week. I don't have to buy any fruits, or veggies, as it's all included. I just have to add two glasses of skim milk or yogurt to what they deliver. I am going to WDW about a month from now, so I am hoping I can go 8-10 lbs lighter than I am now. So I guess that's it for now!
