I have been on the Dis for about a year and a half but this is my first post on the WISH board. I'm not really sure how this works or where to start.
I started exercising a year ago but didn't change my eating habits until recently. Now I want to set a goal to lose 20 pounds by June. I did WW back in 1993 but I don't like the point system. So, I thought I'd give this a try.
