Hi, my family and I will be going to Disney world in January 2010. I have 2 questions as follows:

1) My husband and I bought the Dining Plan, but I didn't get anything for my 2 year old son, because he doesn't eat much. Can my son share some of my food with me or will Disney make me purchase a kids meal for him each time we eat?

2) On Cotober 24th we will be 90 days out from our trip. Disney reservations is telling us that is when we can make our ADR's. However, my husband thought he read somewhere on the board that you can make your ADR's 90+10. However, Disney is telling us that is incorrect. Has anyone made their ADR's 100 days in advance? Just curious.

Thanks for your help.

2 year olds aren't considered part of the DP, Disney just assumes you will feed them off an adult plate. Though, if needed, you can purchase kids meals at an additional cost that is not included in DP.

Right now, ADRs are still only 90 (from the day you check in if you booked a package - at least that is how it was explained to me...) They are going back up to 180 days on October 27 for any trip after January 1, 2010

HTH!

If you go to a buffet 2 year olds eat free. At a non buffet they either share with you or you have to purchase them something.

The 90+10 referers to the fact that you can make ALL your reservations for up to 10 days on the first day of your stay - 90. So you call 90 days out from your arrival date, and go ahead and make your reservations for your entire vacation. Otherwise you would have to call every day to get the reservations for each day of the trip.

Have a great trip!:cheer2:

Thanks for the clarity as to what the 90 / 10 thing is. Makes total sense. Now how do I close this thread since I got my answers?

You can leave the thread open and let the new posts bury it or you can ask the mods to close it.

We don't close threads unless there is a problem with it. Threads like this just stay open forever and ever and ever and ever. . .

:)

Oops, sorry Y'all. Didn't mean to have a thread open forever. So here's a message to all new onlookers....

"I received my answers from some pretty smart people, so no need to post any more replys. This thread is officially CLSOED". ha ha ha

Thanks!!!!!!
