Nikki and I am an emotional eatter. I have been lurking on this board for some time now. I have about 100# to lose. I have been dong it on my own and have lost 10 so far. I just recently bought a treadmill to help me get moving. I just wanted to put it in writing that I am ready to do this and overcome my issues. I want this time to be my time. Reading everyones posts has been great motivation.
