Hi. I'm new here. With a question 'bout Thanksgiving.

We're going to be near DL during the week of Thanksgiving. I've heard that Thanksgiving Day is a good day to be there - it may be crowded in the morning, but it clears out later in the day as everyone leaves to go have turkey.

Anyone know if this is true???


'Nother question - I have a really cute avatar that I want to use, but I get a message saying it's too big to use. So I tried modifying it to make it smaller and then I get a message saying it's not a valid file format. How do I do it?

I thought so too, but when we went 2 years ago on thanksgiving, it was PACKED!!!!! I could not believe the amount of people that were there. Hopefully, you will have better luck than we did..

We were there last Thanksgiving and it was slow - Friday and the weekend were crazy packed - but Thursday itself was good.

Oh, good! Maybe there's hope for us! Other people have been telling me it was VERY crowded!


I just found out that when you have reservations to Club 33, that includes your ticket to get in. At least, that's the way it is for my friend who just went. She'll be taking me there next year!!! Anyway, if you're going to do a tour, does THAT include admission or is it in ADDITION to admission?

We were at DL on Thanksgiving day two years ago and it was absolutely crazy! We got to the park when it opened at 8 am, the crowds at that time weren't too bad but it got worse as the day wore on. I say get there when it opens so you can at least do your favorite rides. Just be prepared for crowds and then if it turns out to be rather slow, you'll be grateful!

That sounds like a good idea.

It's always been crowded when we've gone - except for that rainy day in Marcy where we walked right onto the carousel 3 times, right into Soaring over California and the new Monster's Inc. ride!

I think we'll just go for it on T-day. It can't be any worse than what we're used to!
