My son's birthday is Monday Nov, 19th the day we plan on going to DL. Is there anything special I can do for him? CM wise? :confused3 I can't wait to make it a special day for him. We have planned to visit the JEDI training camp without his knowledge. He will be so STOKED! He is going to be 9 and was born with the light saber sound effect! Any suggestions are much appreciated! TIA

Make sure he is wearing something that stands out so he can be picked in the Jedi Academy. You can go to City Hall and get a birthday button for him, and that will get more attention for him.

There is a birthday party at the Plaza Inn around 2:30 or so that he MIGHT like, not sure. Also, any restaurant you go to, make sure they know it's his birthday.

Once you get through the gates, go right and make a stop at City Hall to pick up a birthday button for him to wear. He'll get CMs and other people wishing him Happy Birthday all day long.

For the Jedi Training Academy, have him wear a cool Star Wars t-shirt so he'll have a better chance of getting picked. I've seen parents hold up signs they made showing an arrow pointing to their kid and stating "The force in strong with this one!"

It might be fun to have a special birthday lunch at the Blue Bayou. If you call and make a reservation for the earliest lunch time allowed, you'll have a good chance of getting a waterside table.

I'm sure you'll get lots of other great ideas here. Have a great time and I hope your son has a wonderful birthday!!!:thumbsup2
