Did your agent book you under the 3-for-4 promo?
You just want to make sure that they know Disney inside and out.

Welcome to the DIS!! As for your question, I've never heard of them. I've done it both ways (my travel agent is thru AAA) and much prefer booking on my own. I like to be in control of it all, and not have to rush to call someone, to call someone else for me. With all the info and helpful people on here, it becomes really easy and much less daunting!

I have never used a TA before and I've never heard of the company that you are with. How are you finding them so far? I would highly recommend booking on your own with the help of the people here on the DIS. Even if it is your first trip, it will assure that you have received all the deals (like the 4/3 that is currently being offered) and will prepare you much better for when you are actually there.
