Deb, that pic with Minnie was at Chef Mickey's. And yes, we did go to Disney Animation. The girls LOVED it! They played with the digital character books, sound stage & paints The characters from UP were there.

And also this guy & I can't remember his name!!

The place was empty, so he had time to act up with my mother!

She loved it! So she played right along..

. My brother actually thinks he can replace Capt Jack!!!

Did I mention it was Star Wars Weekend?

It was very crowded, so I went by myself that day to get some things.

Yes, right now your time is spent with your family, they sure grow up fast, Something to look forward to though.

Great pictures Linda. I like the one with the new movie UP. Jeff saw it but I didn't ask his opinion. I am glad the girls liked animation and am glad that it wasn't busy so you really could have a good time. Your mom looked like she was flirting. I can't wait to talk to her the next time I see her.

HeyMiJO what have you been hearing about the Sands resort in Bethlehem? Might try it sometime. We like to go to Delaware Park on occasions, usually when they give us $25.00 then we only put in 20 of our own money. The last time I was to Bethlehem was a couple of years ago for MusicFest.

tiggerfan4me: My DW and I don't gamble and I don't know anyone who has been there yet so I can't give you any opinion on the Sands. I do know part of the new Transformers movie was filmed on the property somewhere. And, since Musikfest got so big many years ago, we avoid it like the plague. There will be some good groups coming this year but I don't plan to go.

Our DS hasn't been to WDW since 1990, when he was 8 yo. My DW and I have been down 7 or 8 times since then but this will be our first time to SoG. We usually stay at a Moderate but we did manage to stay at AKL once.
I've been following a thread about SoG and the reviews lately seem to be mixed. Here's a link:

Thanks so much for the info. I will check it out about SoG. Just like with everything there are always mixed reviews. A former coworker I know stayed at SoG awhile ago. I think they liked it, but things can definitely change year to year. Thanks for the info about Bethlehem. We probably will not be going. We go once in awhile, and as I said only when Delware Park offers us $25.00 of their money to gamble with. Bethlehem is not offering anything. Have a good weekend.

We had the cowboy on TGMR! Never had him before. When you get the cowboy, you get fire in the one scene!

Sorry it's a little fuzzy. That was new for us! It was so funny. When the gangster didn't appear, we all whispered "hey, this is different!!! It's the little things!

NO trip ticker for me either. My neighbors left Saturday to head down. They have two young boys and were very excited to go. They are staying at Fort Wilderness cabins like I did. I told them they will like them. Hope everyone got some things done outside. It was nice to see the sun.

Well Antss is flying the friendly skies as we type. I sure lived vicariously through her FB pics all week.

Funny story - this morning DH says there's no more bars of soap in the house. So I go to my travel size stash & find a bar of oatmeal soap from The Dolphin....just used it in the shower & the smell is making me SOOOO homesick for Disney!!! I must go back!!!!

Hi everyone! Once again I have been neglecting all my good friends on the DIS. Oh that evil FB, lol. How is everything going for you all? I see we all have been living vicariously through our Duck on FB. Too funny. What does everyone have planned for the summer? Anything good? DH and I are going to NY this weekend to go fishing. (I am going shopping) Then we are headed to a friend's house by Sea Isle City NJ for a couple of days around the 4Th. I love the beach almost as much as I love Disney, LOL. We are going to try and get to Disney in August for a couple of days. (Fingers Crossed) So do tell where will everyone be this summer?
