From York PA but work at Roots Market in Manheim at the Old Mill building stop in and say hi if you visit there. We are the ones with purses and collectibles.

I used to go to Roots Market all the time when I was growing up. I'll have to plan a trip to visit soon. I am looking for a new purse. What styles/brands do you have available? What is a good restaurant over in York? DH has to pick something up in York for a baseball tournament and he wants to take me to dinner afterwards. I'm not familiar with York, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, We sell Monroe, Elvis, Lucy, Betty Boop, cats, dogs all kinds of odd purses. We also sell Disney pins and items. I also trade pins.
Conawago Inn, Combs Tavern, Roosevelt Tavern, Corner Stables I am just coming up blank for others. Then there are chains Cheeseburger in Paradise, Chili, Logan Road House, Oliver Garden, Red Lobster, Applebees, Damons, Perkins, Texas Road House, Smokey Bones. When people come in town for convention they usually visit the first couple I mentioned.

Hi, I am new to this board and not sure if you were speaking to me about Lily. I never heard of Lily. York is in the middle of Harrisburg, Lancaster and Gettysburg. Home of Harley Davidson.

Any type of ethnic food(thai, chinese, japanese, indian, etc) or seafood(not red lobster) or steak. Preferably not a chain restaurant. We used to go to Mr. Bill's for seafood(yummy). I was really bummed to see them close. Thanks for any suggestions you can provide.

Bumper Bobs going toward Harrisburg from York I 83 exit 33 seafood Conewago Inn has some huge crab cakes and large steam shrimp made 3 different ways, another is chicken with crab meat on top (my daughter use to work there) My mouth is watering

Lol! Not much in Lancaster either! I will never understand why there is no decent seafood restaurants around here. Seriously, we aren't that far from the ocean. York in particular. You all might as well be a suburb of Baltimore, you are so close. But, it is soooo difficult finding good seafood. Thanks for your help. I will have to look into Bumper Bobs. Never heard of it.

Ding, ding, ding...We have a winner! You had me at "huge crab cakes"! Would it be bad of me to order two entrees? I'll have the crab cake entree with a side of the chicken with crab meat on top.lol.

Hi, Just so I make sure you understand Coneawago Inn has the huge crab cakes. Never been to Bumper Bob but everyone I talked to said it is good.

My girlfriend (who owns her own business) just got a part time job at the new Phila. Premium Outlets that are going to open in Limerick, Pa on Nov. 8th (she got a job at Coach outlet...just so she could get discount...she confessed )
