Hi I am new need advice...

Hi

I have been reading the threads for a few weeks now. My DH and I are going to WDW for 4 days next week. I am over the top excited. I have not been since 2000 but my DH has never been (deprived childhood ) We will be there on Thursday of next week at noon. I am not sure what park to start with any suggestions would be great.

Oh my goodness! next week for 4 days and no plan? You're much better off than I am, I'd have my whole schedule planned out about a year in advance!

Do you have hopper passes? Are you staying on site? Do you want to see all the parks? It might help us help you if we knew wha you have so far.

I have found for the most part for this information to be correct.
Since you will only have a half day to begin with you may want to start with Epcot and finish it up another time. Check the park hours on the calendar at the Home page of DIsboards here is the link it will give you some idea of how much time you will have each day. Have a great trip.

Sorry I should have given more info. I do have it planned out I am just not sure about what to do the first day. I am somewhat flexable. We have park hopper passes and we are staying at the Pop Century. Wanted to stay at the Wilderness Lodge but they did not have the days at the time. Pretty much everything was booked and I figure we will not be in the room all that much anyway so I why spend a ton of money on a room. I only made the reservations about 3 weeks ago. We have to be in Florida for something else that next week. Yes he wants to see all of the parks. He is very excited about this trip. I am over the top about this trip. I need the pick me up right now and this is it!! I was thinking of either doing MGM or Epcot the first day any suggestions....

Actually, I would suggest AK for the 1/2 day because while there are things we love that particular park closes early and we have always found it more difficult to navigate because of the plants, etc. You'll want to ride "expedition" and the safari, etc. Just a thought because we don't spend as much there as we do the other parks.

My first day, I don't usually like to go the parks. I like to get into the Magic mode and enjoy the resort, go to downtown disney and have a great dinner!
