Hi everyone , I have PO-R reserved for my upcoming trip in June . We will be there from June 15 to June 21st . I have 2 rooms each with 1 adult and 2 kids .. the Question is ..... I have a friend who will stay over with us on the night of June 19 & 20 , They won't charge me extra right ?? ( it then would be 2 adults and 2 kids in one and 1 adult and 2 kids in the other or HeeHee 4 kids in one and 3 adult ladies in the other ! ) Also she can use the transportation, and EE and all the other resort stuff right ? Thanks for the help ... Michelle

I think you'll have to have her name added to the reservation (even if she's only there part-time). And No they won't charge extra for he if she's supposed to be the second adult in the room. -HM

As long as there is not more than 2 adults and two kids the price should be the same. However, you may want to tell them that the person is there those nights. Hotels, at least in this area, require this in case of fire or anything, they know how many people to account for. But they should not charge you for that person. And she should be able to use the transportation , EE and stuff. At that point, she is a guest of the resort.

As the others have posted, there will not be an extra charge because you will not have more than two adults per room and do not exceed the room capacity. (Disney won't care if you put all the kids in one room and the adults in the other).

My advice is to tell the CM about the other adult at check in. That way you can get a room key/resort ID for your friend.

I am going to be staying at a WDW resort in May for three nights with my daughter. My father will be be bringing my nephew for the last night. I talked to the hotel about this. You can have up to two adults and two children at no extra charge. (The resort considers a child to be under the age of 18, however the parks and restaurants consider children to be under the age of 10???? Go figure).

You may want to consider registering your friend's name on the reservation. I will tell you why. I have registered my father's name, even though he will only be there for one night so that I do not have to physically be at the hotel when he arrives. We may be in one of the parks, and he may get to the hotel while we are out. This would keep us from having to leave the park just so we could let them in the room. He will have his own key at the desk, and he will be able to put the luggage in the room and go for a swim (if he has a key, he will have access to the pool, etc.). Just a tip.

I will be sure to add her on at check in as i do want her to have her own key , as i am sure sometimes she will want to be alone ( with out kids !!! ) Great.. Thanks everyone.. Michelle
