Hi,

I have been looking through these forums quite a while now seems like the best place to talk Disney.

I am Lee Im from the UK, My wife and I took our son to Disney World for his 5th birthday in April this year and he absolutely loved it.

It was my wife and son's first time and they both got hooked instantly so much so we booked to comeback for Christmas this year also.

We have just hit the Magic 180 days to book the advanced reservations so we are all booked up now for the xmas period.

We kinda figured its going to be mega busy over this period but we went in the Easter holidays in april and some people said its about the same as Christmas time.

Also we would like a traditional family christmas day dinner in MK so for breakfast we booked Crystal Palace and then dinner at 5 at Liberty Tavern is this the right choice?

Thanks again

Lee

Hi, Lee, and welcome.

Your choices sound fabulous.

Where will you be staying?

Your next step is to start thinking about where you want to be each day, so you can eventually book FP+. Know that over Christmas week, like Easter, the parks sometimes fill to capacity. So plan to be in a park all day long; parkhopping could backfire on you.

Welcome!
Sounds like a great plan for your Christmas meals!
Disney is so beautiful at Christmas!
Enjoy your trip!

Disney at Christmas is SO magical! pixiedust: You will have a great time! I agree, I think your choices for Christmas Day are wonderful. Enjoy every moment!

Hey guys,

thanks for commenting, We got a really good deal with Caribbean Beach Club for 2 weeks plus the park hopper tickets.

Pretty much the next day after we booked the price went by £1300 so it was too good to turn down.

We have already planned our disney days plus 2 days in Universal on the 27th and 28th.

For xmas day we plan to get to MK early and stay until closing we are not looking to go on rides as such just want to take in the atmosphere and the Christmas spirt its going to be Magical :)

We are really looking forward to Epcot this time specially the food, we are planning to eat around the world which we are really excited about, to keep our son entertained we are going to let him get a little toy or something from each country so he will be itching to get to the next country.

Also we have not told our son we are going we will be collecting him from school on the 17th of december with his Mickey teddy and back pack in the car ready to go to the Airport hotel he will be so excited.

Really cannot wait :)
