Thanks Victoria. RPR has the potential to be lovely, it's just a little rough around the ages at the moment. As for the staff- well, they could learn a thing or two from the Disney CMs!

So can we expect a trip report sometime? Or a dining review? Or both  ;)

Yeah, it was awesome. I have a major case of the post-Disney blues though. :sad2:

It's a wonder there isn't an official diagnosis and prescription remedy for this! If I was qualified I would be prescribing myself 2 week Disney doses at regular intervals throughout the year. :rotfl:

:rotfl:

I will definitely get round to posting some photos this weekend, at the very least! ;)

I am so looking forward to that! :yay:

How did you find the jetlag on the return? I am totally unaffected on the outbound but take a week to recover on the return. Maybe I should go more often :rolleyes1

Wouldn't that be great?!

I'm still not feeling 100% and I got back last Saturday! I don't think I'm jetlagged anymore, I'm just TIRED. :sad2: Oh well. It's most definitely worth it!

Really glad to hear that you had a great trip!:thumbsup2

Although your comments about being tired are not making me look forward to my first day of work straight after getting back!! :surfweb:

I always swear to myself that a week before I fly out on any holiday, I will get a full 9 hours sleep every night to help. It never happens though!!! FAR too excited for any of that nonsense!!:rotfl:

As promised, here are some pics from my trip:

Thanks, it was amazing! My first day back at work last week was just awful. I wasn't mentally or physically prepared! :lmao:

Great photos - the saratoga springs ones are lovely!:)

Lovely pics. Love the glasses you both had on. When I said the ritz in my previous post I wasnt having a dig at you its just we are using it as a base and as long as it is clean we will be happy as not planning on spending much time there. We didnt pay anywhere near as much as you for club level we paid $191 a night and for the three of us and the fact we are not big breakfast fans I thought it would be worth the extra $40 a day.without club it was £89 a night. Glad you enjoyed SSR we have requested CP or grandstand but dont have any hopes of getting them as I had a row with a CM when I phoned to put it on our booking as she wouldnt put it on as said it is ONLY a request and it doesnt matter where you are put. Could not be bothered arguing with her so I hung up politley:lmao: I did ring last week and she had put it on but she may have added (stroppy ***) at the end of it:rotfl2:

Thanks. :)

I know you weren't having a dig, sorry if it seemed like I thought you were! Does that make sense?! :rotfl:

We only stayed at RPR for one night, hence the higher price. $191 a night for Club Level isn't bad at all. As I said, hopefully you will like it more than I did!

SSR was great, we really enjoyed it. It's odd that the CM you spoke to didn't add the request to your booking. :confused3 Our request for Congress Park was added but we ended up in The Springs, so sometimes it makes no difference anyway!

Hi Lauren!

This is like a week late, but welcome back :) Not sure why it's only now that I've seen this thread.

Your pictures are great and looks like you had the best time!

Hope the post-Disney blues are clearing up :)

Welcome Back!!!! Thanks for the photos!:goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes

Hi Beth! We really did have a fab time. The post-Disney blues are still there (of course :() but I'm having fun working out the details for next year's trip. :goodvibes

Those photos are lovely! It is always so nice to see some visuals along with the report. BTW, I love your new avatar picture! :thumbsup2

How did you find the buses from SSR? There are always mixed reviews about them from any resort but for some reason SSR and OKW seem to get the most criticism, despite that there are good reports of the service mixed in.
