Hi, we are heading to DW in June with our 2 girls who are 7.5 and almost 10. We have been a few times but this will be our first trip with our oldest who has Celiac Disease. Unfortunately this time around she is scared to go which I think has to do with what she can and cannot eat :(

If anyone has any suggestions for us/her that would be great.

Welcome! :cheer2:

What part of GA are you in? We're also in GA near Ft Benning.

I would check out the DISabilities board here on the DIS. They can help you with the Celiac Disease questions.

I do know that WDW is WONDERFUL about dealing with food issues. I have food allergies and we note that on all dining reservations. The chef will come out to the table and talk to me to let me know what is safe for me to eat on their menu. Many times the chef will make something a little different so that I can eat it.

I do know that they offer gluten free options at just about every food location.

:welcome: Please do check out our disABILITIES board, and also our Restaurants board. We have many people that have successful trips with a Gluten Free diet, and in fact you will probably find that Disney is one of the easiest places to go with special dietary needs.

ETA: I would suggest you do a Search here with the word "Gluten" and that should bring up some helpful posts. You can search on the specific boards like the Restaurant Reviews and the disABILITIES board to narrow the search a bit.
