Unfortunately I can only answer the rental car question. I have had great luck with Dollar Rent-A-Car. But my AAA gives discounts on Hertz and I got a great rate for a 5 seater full size car 182.00 + tax for the week!! I know its not much, but I hope it helps!!!

Which pop century bldg?

60s are preferred, but cost extra if you request them. 50s & 70s are also close to the main bldg. We were in the 90s last Jan. - not too far away since we cut across the parking lot to busses/food court!

No, all you need is your pass to the party. At the gate they'll exchange this for a wristband that'll allow you to stay for the party after the park closes.
