HI!!!I'm new here so bear with me. Last week my wife told me she wanted to go to Disney World next year, just the 2 of us and surprised me.Our 2 daughters are 22 and 20 and they have already told us they do not want to go. I've been looking over the disney website and am freaking out at the pricing. We want to stay at the Pop Century Resort and the website,with airfare included, gives me a price of $2400 which I find extremely expensive for 2 people. But I'm still checking because if my wife wants to go then I want to do whatever I can to fulfill her wish. I'll be checking this webpage often so thank you all so very much.

I would check and see what you can get airfare for on your own. Packaging it all together with Disney is often not the best price.

When are you going? There are frequent Free Dining offers that can really help the budget if your travel times are flexible.

I found a website that gives detailed info. on the least crowded and least expensive times to visit Disney. The website it called yourfistvisit it is a .net site. I used some information here to find a less expensive week to visti. Hope this helps!

That is not necessarily true. It may be after Spring Break for you but that is Spring Break where I live and in fact that is Easter so the prices at WDW are going to be at just about their highest and airfare will probably be a lot more expensive. You need to check Disney's dates for their cheaper (Value) times of year. Usually Jan and very early Feb are good as are May and then in late Sept-beginning of November. I would suggest you check the calendar for Pop Century here: http://www.mousesavers.com/2013-pop-century-room-rates-season-dates/ Disney will raise their rates for rooms and for dining during the higher traffic seasons.
