It has been a while since I have posted on the boards, I had to cut the exchanges from the budget. Seemed that I was having a little to much fun with them! I hope you are all well and having a great time with the exchanges.

Patsy I am so glad to hear that you are safe and hope that your family and friends are as well. You were the first person that Matt thought of and even mentioned Shayla in school today while they were talking about all that happened. As soon as he got home this afternoon, he asked if I knew you were okay. I told him I saw you posted on FB that you were.

That is so sweet of Matt. I bet he is a BIG boy now. It is neat that he still remembers us and to think of us during our situation.

We are all fine, but found out that my DH's place of employment had gotten affected by the waves so not sure how the damage will actually affect us...might have to take things one day at a time, but when I came home today, he said that he was out of a job right now, and on stand by.

Thank you ladies. Clean up efforts are on their way everywhere. We heard today that my husband's place of employment will not be opening till the ending of next month so more bad news. Hoping that during that time he will still be employed, and they will not just give them hard labor the entire time. He is already feeling the pain with the two and a half days that he had been doing that.

Japan is going through so much. I brought it up with the club leader to see if there is something my daughter's club could do to help those in Japan, and I will bring it up during the next meeting. If any of you knows of any ways that kids here could help other kids in Japan somehow, could you let me know.

We are having a fundraiser to help support two other charties this weekend-which was planned earlier, and there will be buckets to collect money for the situation in Japan, so we will be able to donate there as well. Just found this out this morning.

Thank you. We are also going to be supporting the American Red Cross with a different fundraising project. All these different organizations do so much for people, so we are trying to help as well.
