I am so incredibly sorry I haven't been around much!! I hope to catch up a little bit this week before I leave again!

I don't think many people here know, but my Mom had to have surgery last monday on her neck for clogged arteries, so I flew down on Sunday morning to be with her and just got home tonight. I am leaving again on the 2nd with my family to go back down for our "real" vacation. It has been a hectic week and I just haven't had any time at all for myself, so I am hoping to be around alot this week before I leave.

I have definitely missed you all and I hope you are not considering kicking me out for not being here! I have been maintaining, but being so worried first about Savannah's health and then about my Mom's, I haven't been following Atkins religiously. I am going back on Induction starting Monday though and will follow it right!

I had no idea your mom was having surgery. Bless your heart, you have been SWAMPED this summer! Sending you pixie dust for a relaxing "real" vacation! You just take all the time you need to tend to the things going on in your life. I DO MISS YOU ALOT, ALOT, ALOT but I know that you are also very busy!

has proved to be a very hard time for many WISHers to stay in close contact! But good news - school will be starting soon! he he he or is that sad news - I guess it's bittersweet

I miss you too Beanie, but I totally understand. I have been lurking more without time to really post like I like too, but my WISH friends are close by me everyday. Preferable blocking the entrance to my kitchen and pushing me out doors to walk or bike ride instead!

been thinking about you and Savannah but didn't know about Mom - hope all is going well. Sending PD and prayers that you will have a relaxing - rejuvenating week - and that everyone is doing better and getting healthy again.

Don't be hard on yourself - you have had lots to deal with lately. Sending extra PD tho for a good re-start if this week is really the time for it.
