HHN..........What Are Your Dates?

I just purchased tickets for October 21. Myself, my hubby, sister & brother-in-law will be going.

hopefully going for first time on oct 31, halloween, would anyone suggest this or not? heard it shouldn't be to busy but then again it is on a saturday.

it would be wife and I and one other, so 3 people. I am military and stationed in florida if this helps with advice, and are the "speed passes" worth it?

Venusleo1- HHN Sat Oct. 10th with my BFF Amy her friend Dave and his BF. Amy and I will be staying at Royal Pacific the 9th and 10th, Dave and BF are locals and will be meeting us at the park.

This will be my 12th year at HHN, I'm just new to disboards. I am the only AP holder in my group but was still able to buy everyone tickets with my discount and we we all bought Express passes too. Did it 1 year without and never again.

I'm going to try to get to US early Saturday morning to get on HRRR. Was just there at the end of August and it wasnt open yet.

Is it just me or does it seem like all the scare zones are all so clustered together this year, I felt that they were more spread out last year.

Dawnna, there is no hhn on monday the 5th.
Sundays have become very busy the last couple of years to the point it feels like a peak night crowdwise.


if you are going on sunday, give me a heads up and i will list you. i'm thinkin you did a typo on your post but will wait till i hear from you.

Mac you are right ........I don't do dates that well I meant Sunday the 4th!!!
Not sure yet if we will go I guess it will depend on what we see and get thru on the 1st when we are there!!

andy the csw meets are on thursdays, sundays for the first 3 weeks of hhn.
then some other days are added.

the big meet will be after we are gone.
we did a poll and the date that most would be there won out.
i wish other member homie wolfies would have voted for the time period i would be there.

you will enjoy meeting the other csw-ers.
they live and breathe universal and hhn.

if you would rather go to sunday's meet, that is fine.
i will touch base with them on both nights for a time period.

the one issue i will have is i know my room won't be ready at 8ish that thursday i checkin.
i have the uth tour booked for that thursday at 1:30 which lets out at 3:30.
from there i go to finnegans. after that, i will be with you homies in the stay and scream section to visit.

i guess i will be in my room after midnight on thursday.
no time to return to the hotel and get my luggage in the room and organized if the room is not ready before noon.

thursday will be one big busy day for me....

No, Thursday's good with me. That way I can do Lombard's on Sunday and not have to try to get there on Monday and can just relax before I have to leave.

Just decided after going to Howl O Scream on opening night that I need to try HHN! Planned a last minute trip for this Friday Can't wait to experience my first HHN (I'm pretty sure it will become an annual occurrence )

i would love to meet some on the list that i have not met yet.
if you are doing stay and scream, or inside of Finnegans, between 3:30 to when S & S lets out, come up to me and say hi.

i don't have computer access while i will be gone the next 2 weeks but will update once i get back.


perhaps one of the regular homies here can do a copy of this thread.
they can copy the first page, second post where the hhn dates are listed for homies.
then create a new thread, with the copy of the dates/peeps are and take it from there to continue.

only the creator of a thread can edit and modify it.
if my date section is copied into a new thread, whoever does that, has control to edit, add, etc.


if that doesn't happen, i will continue to update once i am back.
the peeps are the middle to end of the hhn event, won't miss out then.

We're a party of 2 staying at HRH from 29th October till 1st November. We're going to HHN on 31st.

If anyone is staying at WDW while we are in Orlando (that would be the week of Oct. 18, look at our dates page 1) and need a ride over shoot me a PM and I'll leave you my number. We will be staying in Celebration so we have to go past WDW. You might have to take a shuttle or taxi back if we don't leave at the same time but it could still save you a few bux. Or if anyone is staying offsite and wants to park for free we could meet up outside the gate and I could ride in with you while DW follows in our car. In the big scheme of things it isn't much but $12 is still enough to get a drink inside the park.
