I was just reading a post about these on IOA Centrals message board, and I'd really like to know more about it. I know it costs $120 per person, plus event tickets. But the poster said the tour is 5 hours long and were told will have a few 'suprises.' Any idea what the suprises may be?

Sounds very intriguing.

Since we haven't order EPs for the night of the 23, maybe this would be a better option. Sure it will cost more, but we aren't staying on-site this trip. So, maybe we could splurge for this.

Anybody have any insight on it? Anybody else plan on doing the VIP, or maybe had done the HHN VIP last year?

If we told you, then it wouldn't be a surprise. ;)

Actually, I think the surprises change ever year so no one knows. Maybe Notatoursit will pop in to this thread. He/She always seems to know the answer to these questions.

I will say that the VIP tour is worth every penny. You won't regret it, especially if you don't have express passes. Hotel FOTL doesn't apply to HHN so staying onsite won't get you to the front of the line during HHN.

I did the VIP tour 2 years ago and the surprise was a free bottle of water! We also got to ride the Hulk 4 times in a row without getting off! :)

That would be awesome, a free bottle of water! J/K. I've heard many good things about the VIP tours. THey are just pricy.

Well thanks for the info., I guess we'll just book it and give it a shot.

I haven't done the VIP tour during HHN. Just wanted to share that we had a fantastic tour guide named Deanna (from Michigan) during our August trip.

Ahh poo. If they are already sold out on the 22nd, probably won't be much longer untill the 23rd is gone too. It's just such a big amount of money. THis was supposed to be a budget trip. I guess we'll just settle for EPs. Maybe I'll wait and see what happens in the upcomming weeks. So sad...

I made a request on 10/29 with a very special tour guide. I hope I get the date. :)

I believe that has been arranged. It's also worth it aaron-I know it's pricey, but if you're going on a weekend, you'll want to do it.

FWIW, Oct 22nd is the night of the Black Die Affair, so maybe that is why it is already sold out.....

This trip for us was suppose to be a budget trip, but our friends offered to watch our kids so we could do HHN... and my husband and I want to make the most of our time childfree!

Well, I got confirmation that my tour is on 10/29. They replied within an hour of shooting off the e-mail.

As for a childless trip, I know what will happen in the hotel room. *wink* Yep, a lot of crying-less and whine-less sleep times! :)

Here's some more info on the HHN VIP tours from my confirmation e-mail:
