HHN Unmasking the Horror Tour

We currently have the 2:00pm tour booked for the first Saturday. If we want to book a morning tour for another day will we be guaranteed to see different houses or is there a chance we would see the same houses again? The tour is one of the biggest reasons we are doing our trip. I want to maximize the number of houses we see but don't want to do the back to back tour in one day.

The plan is to sleep in on Saturday, go to the tour and then stay for HHN Saturday night (stay and scream). Didn't want to force ourselves to make an early tour time that day knowing we will be out late that night.

Now I am thinking of trying to book the Friday morning tour as well but don't want to just see the same things twice.
