HHN times and crowds for non HHN guests

we are going to both parks during the day on 10/12 & 10/13 but will not be going to HHN. With the parks closing at 5pm what time do they let in the people with HHN tickets?
Also how crazy is city walk on these nights, we were going to do dinner after we leave parks at 5.
They added extra HHN after we booked so now I need to adjust our plans.
Will the day crowds be higher on weekdays that have HHN?

The outside gates will open for HHN goers around 6:30PM...once the park is cleared and everything has been set up for the evening event. CityWalk is very busy after 7:30PM or so with people leaving the parks, coming for HHN and just wandering around. Day crowds will pick up on event nights in the afternoon...not so much in the morning.
