HHN questions, newbie

Hey guys,
My Dad, boyfriend and I will be attending HHN on Sun Oct 8. We have never attended. To my understanding it is on the studios side and it opens at 7pm to 12am. 7 haunted houses, shows and some attractions open.

I have a couple of questions

1) What time should we arrive?
2) Should we get the front of the line passes, is it worth the extra 30 bucks?
3) Considering it's a sunday night how crowded do you think it will be?
4) any suggestions, tips, anything that may help make the night more enjoyable?

1. Get there around 6:15pm
2. Totally get them, if you can pay the extra $$$
3. Not sure, but usually a lot of locals.
4. Get a map of the event. If you go one way keep going around till you cover everything. "Be sure you guys don't miss the Bill & Ted Show"!!!
