For those of you who are passholders they have released the event info for passholder night? Is there some benefit I am missing? Can the same things not be accomplished with Stay and Scream and Express? Not being negative - just trying to plan my best strategy.

I haven't received anything about the Passholder party this year yet...if that's what you're talking about? The party isn't really that great...IMHO. I would rather hang out in the S & S area than the party. It's going to be very difficult to see everything w/o benefit of S & S and/or Express.

As if there werent enough decisions to make, lol. So for those who have been would it be worth doing this one of the opening nights we are there or better to just do stay and scream? Which lets me see houses the earliest?

I had the same question. I'm planning on going Thurs. Sept 30, but was wondering if it might be better to just go Friday, Oct. 1 because the Passholder night plus the park is open later. I'm going to be using the free pass that comes with the Premier Annual Pass. i'm assuming it should be valid on Friday, Oct. 1 that shouldn't be a peak night yet. Final question, I thought I read somewhere you can upgrade the free HHN pass you get with Premier AP for a Frequent Fear plus pass? Can anyone confirm?

It's a toss up really. Having done the passholder party a few years ago, I didn't think it was worth it. It's more fun waiting in the S & S area...especially if you want to meet other DISers.

Fridays are considered peak nights except for the first night. A regular FFP does not include 10/1 so keep that in mind. You would have to purchase the FFP that includes Friday for it to work. I think you can upgrade with the Premier but I can not confirm as I have the Preferred AP. According to the website, the free HHN ticket that comes with the Premier is for off-peak nights so you would have to purchase another ticket to go on 10/1...which is why I don't go that weekend.

I may do the passholder party one night and the stay and scream the other. I may not get the chance to do another passholder event and would be cool just to say I did one once. I also would really like to meet some of you guys so dont want to miss out on that either.
