Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has been to HHN on a Thursday night. I'm debating on whether or not to get the Express passes. I'd rather not if the lines aren't that bad. But if lines will be over 2 hours long then I'm better off getting the Express pass. Thanks for any suggestions.

I would get the express passes - they are well worth the extra money in my opinion.

I have been there most Thursdays and Sundays this year, express pass is definitely worth it, especially if you are just going for the one night.

My DH and I were there last Thursday night. We did the Stay and Scream thing and hung out back by Jaws and the Bill & Ted show. The mazes opened a little early for us, about 5:30 or so, so we were able to do 5 mazes (out of the 7) before they got too long.

After that though, it was all over as more and more people came in the front gates. The 1st maze you get to had a super long wait all night, so we never got to go on it. We probably had the time to wait in the lines but just did not feel like it and had had our fill of mazes by that point.

We also did the very first Bill & Ted show, which seemed to work pretty well. And we watched the show on the lagoon, which was pretty darn lame.

Treat yourselves and get the passes! A bunch of us went on Thursday the 12th. We too waited in the Stay and Scream Area(Finnegans) and were able to "walk on" the first five houses. We saved our passes and were able to hit the remaining two and then do the first five for a second time. I highly recommend a second time. The first time through you are so busy worrying about someone jumping out that you don't really get to appreciate the decor.

I'll be there Thursday, but without the passes, because I bought them for Friday! I'l get as much done as possible Thurs, then make sure I hit everything Friday with the EP! I should have a shirt that says "I'm on the Dis are you? :)

This is pretty much my plan for Friday!

thursday oct 26 is the last thursday hhn will happen.

i have never been at the end of the month but from what i have read over the last 6 years, i believe it will be crowded.

the frequent fear pass holders have increased this year and thursday is a non peak night. some people wait until the end of the month to attend hhn and avoid the the peak nights thinking of crowd levels.

if it was me, i would buy the ep if they are still available.
after all the money you have spent to attend, why spend most of your time waiting in lines.

the second weekend of october had some line waits of 120 minutes.
i'm sure the crowds are much greater this coming weekend then when i went.

suggest you buy the ep for the thursday you are going.
it wil help you with the line waits once the park starts to fill up.

think of it like auto insurance. it's there when you need to use it.

hope you enjoy hhn as much as i have !!
