HHN newbie needs help

Headed down to Disney for Columbus day weekend. Going to HHN on Thursday 10/4. Got my tickets and express pass already. Just trying to figure out what time we should arrive to get in line. Don't want to spend all night on a line to get in. Hoping someone who has been there before can clue me in. Thanks in advance

If you aren't going to be in the park that day, get in line outside around 5pm...the line gets very long very quickly.
