HHI seafood places

I am looking forward to eating seafood!!! :cool1:

My DW and DD and DS do not like seafood (only shrimp), so I don't get it very often, and am looking forward to it..

Does anyone have any places that are VERY good at seafood, but not pricey???? I don't want to spend a tons of money, but want the most "bang for the buck" if you will....

Thanks in advance!!

The prices at HH are moderate overall, a little more expensive than we see locally. But there are numerous and very good early bird specials as well as commonplace discounts and coupons. As I noted above, we've been able to combine early birds or coupons with the percentage discounts available to us as DVC members and Marriott members. It's much like WDW where you can spend a ton if you want but you don't have to.

There is great information on this thread, I am going to print it out for future reference.
We are BIG seafood lovers and eat it all the time. We especially like shell fish that is both cooked and served on the half shell. Do any of the restaurants listed have a really good raw bar? Are any of them known for especially good lobster, crabs etc. ?
Thanks

A couple of years ago we ate at Hudson's on a reccomendation from a friend. We asked the waiter what was good and he said "I don't know, I don't eat here." - No Joke...

We should have taken it as a warning; all of us got sick except my wife who doesn't eat seafood. I wouldn't eat there again on a bet.

Old Oyster Factory - Becoming too well known and is crowded (takes no reservations) if you don't arrive early. But, it still has excellent seafood and great views. It is listed on the restaurant guide w/directions.
Two weeks ago we had the CM at Disney's front desk make reservations for the two of us on a Friday night. We were seated ahead of a mob of people already waiting. They must have changed their policy and I would highly recommend getting reservations.

WOW! I'm really sorry to hear that! We have eaten there many MANY times and have never had a bad experience. It's not the most upscale seafood restaurant, but we do like it.

Several years ago, I got sick after having scallops at Scott's. But we still like the place; in fact just had dinner there tonight! :thumbsup2
