HHI Resort Refurbs?

I just saw on the website that the Beach House and pool were undergoing refurbishments---anyone know what they are doing? Just general maintenance?

From what I've heard it is just general maintenance over the two slower months. Happy it was open for our recent trip.

Yeah I believe the closures mostly effect the food service and maybe the bathrooms at the beach house.
