Has anyone seen any leaks of what the new room renovations look like? We have a grand villa booked for July and hoping to get a renovated room!

I sincerely doubt that any of the buildings will be renovated by July. Now, I could be wrong (often am, just ask, well...anyone) but I suspect the renovations won't start until later in the year. Beginning the refurbishment process now or in the near future seems to buck financial logic--I don't think Disney will want to take any buildings out of rotation during the height of busy season for DHHIR. Again, I could be totally wrong. Further, there have been no test renovations done on 2BRs or GVs to this point. Regardless, the odds of you being in a "new" GV come July are slim.

DVC Resale Market's average sales price for DHHIR in January 2022 was $96 per point! Highest ever average for DHHIR!
DVC Direct is now $155 per point, so that is interesting information for us owners of DHHIR...

We bought direct for $80 in 2011! I can't believe it has gone up nearly 100% in just over 10 years....that's crazy!

No good place to go for a current menu--perhaps someone there now (or arriving soon) could take pics and post them here. The menu doesn't change a great deal except to switch out some seasonal items. As for the activities sheet...

I purchased these two buttons on Ebay.
(I found that these buttons are probably before 1999, since I bought this pin as well from 2000.)
Does anybody know which one is older or what years they are from?

We are newer DVC owners at DHHIR and we are trying to start a collection of DHHIR buttons/pins/etc.
We have bought from Etsy and Ebay.
Any other locations to look? Or do other DHHIR owners/lovers have extra pins/buttons for sale/trade?

It sits in behind Bldg 21 in a courtyard surrounded by not only 21 but 20, 22, and 23.

News for you coffee in the lobby fans...(apologize for the flipped picture)


Details are still being worked out, but right now, hours of operation for this help-yourself Keurig station is 0600-1000 and 1400-1800. Currently available is regular coffee and hot chocolate, though that could alter as the service matures. The white container in the front has bite size chocolates while the container with a black top to the right of the coffee buffet has individually wrapped cookies, aka biscuits as our Brit neighbors would call them.

Our Villa earlier this month had a coffee maker that needed cone filters, not the basket type. Is that the case in every villa at HH?

My DH is going to be so happy! He's missed the cookies in the lobby and asks every time I check in if they've brought the cookies back. Thanks, Sleepy!!

Thanks! I'm hoping that they still have that in November. There are lots of days when hot chocolate and cookies would feel good. I might (MIGHT) forgive them for not having the cranberry nut cookies anymore if they do.
