HHI for Easter 2008?

We don't own DVC (but sure wish we did!). I wanted to book a room at HHI on cash, probably a studio for Easter week next year. When I go on Expedia or Travelocity to do it that way it says "no availability". Is it because it's already booked solid, or because there aren't cash rates available yet for 2008?

Thanks! Do you know if the cash rates for HHI will come out at the same time as cash rates for 2008 for WDW Resorts? That's what I'm guessing, but I wasn't sure.
