We will be going home to HH for a six night stay in a couple of weeks and will be in a 2 BR. How many VCRs are in the unit? Is there a 2nd VCR in the second BR? Also, what are the channels on the TV, are they all Disney ad channels? Is there HBO or anything like that?? With the cooler weather, and 2 little ones, we will be spending most evenings in, just relaxing. Does the resort have any kiddie type board games that can be checked out for use in the room, or should we bring ours from home? We will be driving, so we will be able to bring things from home.

Thanks......Johnnie

Since you are asking about VCRs, I thought I would make sure that you know that there are plenty of Disney video tapes that you can check out while you are there. It makes up for not having HBO. You have the standard network channels, ABC,NBC,CBS, the Weather Channel, CNN, ESPN, and either the History Channel or Discovery. Of course there is the Disney Channel, and a local events scroller. There is also an "AD" channel for the DVC. I'll get a full list of them on this trip and post them on my web site for future vacationers.

I don't think there are VCR's in the 2nd BR- just in the living room. You will have 3 TV's in a 2BR however.

The only VCR is in the living room, where the TV & VCR are located in the center island. As Doc noted, each of the bedrooms also has a TV. The recreation center does have games for check-out by the guests. All can be had for free. Enjoy your trip!!!

I don't have anything to add, just wanted to say I hope you and your family have a nice and relaxing trip to Hilton Head! I can't wait to go back this year.

I believe you can also get WGN Channel 9 if your looking for any local Chicago news.
