HH suggestion

We will be going to HH November 13th thru the 20th. we have been there before and love it. We have Saturday night open and would like a suggestion on where to stay. Last time we stayed in Savannah and loved it, but we were wondering about Charleston. We will fly out of Savannah and wondered how far it is to go to Charleston and then how far from ther to the Savannah Airport and also suggestions on where to stay.

It's about 110 miles up I 95 / US 17 from Savannah to Charleston. We liked Savannah better than Charleston, but it is an individual thing.

Have you considered staying at a lower cost hotel in or near Hilton Head and using the Disney Beach House, or just hanging around the island? Also, going to Beaufort to see the many small shops is a nice trip for 1/2 day.

It seems like a big hassle to do the travel between Savannah and Charleston, and try to see Charleston too, along with airport on the same day.

I wouldn't do Charleston in this situation. Reasonable options are to stay in Savannah near the airport, in the historic district or try to get a night near or on HH. That time of year, you might get a good rate at DVC as well. Also consider a night in Beaufort. We usually go for a week or sometimes two at one of the ocean front Marriott's about every other year. We always try to arrive early in time for lunch. We usually go to Wild Wings for lunch, get some groceries and pick up the latest tourist magazines and discount books. Then we check in early when possible.

You might do just as good paying for a cash night to stay at DVC. There are $99 Disney Visa rates currently available for 2BR or the normal DVC discounted rate is $124 (I assume less for a 1BR - you didn't mention what size room you have reserved).
