Iam still trying to find a way to convince DH we NEED to follow the kids advice and, when we aren't at WDW, we need to be in HHI! We had a really good time there! Now if I can just get to Vero... (and BTW -- if you go to Vero -- my sister said GO TO SQUID LIPS RESTAURANT. Said it's a great place with great seafood.)

I am doing the same. I can see us at HHI for retirement!
As far as our fav's:
We , on the other hand, have loved our visits to San Miguel's and it is always our first night out. The food has been excellent (not sure if we have been lucky on what we ordered or what). The service is OK. Nothing spectacular. Cadillac margarita is good. Don't know about the rest of them.
Salt Dog's is a must also. Not really for the food but for the uniqueness and fun at the live cam. And shopping in the little stores.
Now, Signe's is a must since we visited there this time. I agree with another post here that the fritatta was fabulous. So was the blackberry french toast, but it is more like bread pudding I think. The key lime bread pudding, btw, is wonderful. We want to go there for lunch some time b/k many of the sandwhiches sounded great.
Didn't care for the Old Oyster Factory. But we only ate there once and maybe we just didn't get the right things. We are spoiled by a place called South Beach Grill in Wrightsville Beach. If you are ever there, go. It doesn't look fancy on the outside but it is wonderful!
We like Giuseppie's OK.
I guess I lean towards the restaurants we can ride our bikes to. It's just so nice to be do that.
I have heard that Sante Fe is good though and we hope to try it sometime (maybe during our retirement

)
Have fun! Wish it were me trying to worry about where to eat at HH.
