Just got back from HHI, loved it, stayed in a 2-BR villa.

My father dropped by, loved the villa and wondered how much the rack rate would be.

Is there a chart anywhere? When I look it up under Expedia or Travelocity, every date I tried said Unavailable, so it never displayed a rate.

I don't know if/where there might be a chart available-I've always wondered the same thing. However, I do know that the rates vary quite a bit, depending on when he wants to go. I think the rates are less than $200/night for a 2 BR in November and February, a little higher in March. And MUCH higher in the summer. But I'd like to know the specific rates, too.

We paid $326 a night for a 2 bedroom villa for Friday and Sat last week. That was with the 25% member discount. So the non discounted rate is 25% higher.

Has anyone paid cash for a GV lately? We're thinking extending our stay over the weekend and don't have enough points but if discount cash night is available, that might be an option ;) Or if we can change one or two nights from points to cash nights, I might be able to free up enough points to extend our stay. Thanks

I hope that when people do find out the "rack" rates, that they'll share them with the rest of us. :flower3: Thanks.

Calling the resort directly is probably your best option, if you can't find it on Travelocity or Expedia.

Well, this isn't perfect, but I have the 2006 Rack Rates in front of me (directly from the 2006 resort brochure I picked up on our last trip).

The range for studios was $109-$209 depending on season.

The one bedrooms were from $155-$380

The two bedrooms were from $180-$420

Grand Villas were priced from $335-$730

The rates don't include the 10% tax.

Regular season rates are $185, $225, $255, $455 (basically, non-Easter portion of March and April, and end of August through the end of October)

We paid the same for June 25th-July2nd.
