HH inexpensive hotel for Sat. night?

We're staying at HH Sun-Thurs, driving there Sat night. Any recommendations for an inexpensive, clean, safe hotel Sat. night?

There's a Hampton Inn there. I can't remember the mile marker, but it should be easy to find on the Hampton Inn (Hilton) website.

I know it's on the left side of the main road as you are going in. Well before the Disney resort.

We stayed a Sat night at the Marriott Fairfield Inn. It's very near HH Resort. You could practically walk.

I noticed that they have also added some hotels along 278 in Bluffton, before you get to HH proper (over the bridge), including near Sun City HH. There is a Fairfield Inn that looks pretty nice. Try doing a search under Bluffton.

Next weekend we're gonna stay at the Holiday Inn on Sat night. I don't know about the quality, but I chose it because it is oceanfront and reaonably priced. We're gonna fish off the beach there before heading over to the Disney Resort on Sunday.

I can let you know what it's like when we get back.

There are Holiday Inn Expresses both in Bluffton and on the island near Coligny Plaza. Also a Hilton Garden Inn right before the bridge onto HH. It seems to have reasonable rates.

When are you going? If it is in summer, even the cheap hotels are expensive on the island. If it is off season, there are many good choices.

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bluffton. For Nov 20, the Saturday before TG, it is 55.95. This is fairly new and is quite nice. There is a grocery store in the same shopping area, as well as a few other stores and restaurants. It's a good location if you arrive late and want to get to the resort early the next day. I may be there that night myself......I arrive on Sunday for my TG week.

If you are going in November, but not Thanksgiving weekend, see if the DVC HHI Resort is still offering the $99 special cash rate for a 1 Bdr unit. That way you would have a much easier move.
