HH cash reservation

Hi,

A bunch of us moms were thinking of taking a long weekend and going to DVC HH. Are there any cash discounts anyone knows of? We would probably go June, July, August, or September. Do DVC members always get discounts for cash reservations?

Thanks for the help. Last. DO you think we would be able to get reservations. I see from some other posts they seem pretty booked. I thought they save rooms for some cash reservations and that might help us.

the cash discount I believe is around 25%. I think you would have luck in September but probably not the summer months.

However, I LOVE it there in September. Especially late September when there are warm days and light jacket nights!

If you have the Disney Bank One card and you are going during their promotions, that is real savings. If I remember correctly it is $99/night for a two bedroom until the end of February and $149/night until some time in May. Check the bank one web site. Definitely worth it .

We had a cash reservation last July in a 2BR at HH- 25% off rack rate- I think it cost us $300 or thereabouts for the night.
Hilton Head is absolutely wonderful.

No rooms are saved for cash reservations. All DVC cash discounts come from rooms not needed for point reservations by members.

If a date has a history of not being needed for point reservations, it may be released for the cash discount. Few member discounts are available much before 6 months.
